    Every day, the owner himself goes to the Omiya market to purchase the best ingredients of the day.The ingredients are carefully prepared and combined with the rice harvested in the pesticide-free paddy fields dedicated to Senhachi Sushi in Tokamachi, Niigata.The balance between the ingredients and the rice is the most important thing.There are average (1200 yen), upper (1800 yen) and special (2800 yen for raw sea urchin).
